In this Grade II listed single family dwelling we worked on the planning process for the introduction of a two storey rear extension.

This included the replacement of the entire roof, the excavation to the front and side of the house to enlarge the lower ground floor level and associated external landscape alterations to bring the facades and building aesthetics to its original state, including a new front door and front stairway.

We also obtained planning permission on behalf of our client to build a small basement and lightwell to the front of the property.
